Refund and Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts for 30 days on products available for returns/refunds. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:
– Any customizable item cannot be returned or refunded unless an error was made on the part of Benoni Indians. In this case, the item can be returned and will be corrected by us, no refund.
–  If an error was made by you, a new item will need to be purchased to correct the error. Please ensure correct size selection and spelling of customization before confirming your purchase.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed. Repayment will be made in cash at the clubhouse bar.

Customised items cannot be returned or refunded. If an error was made by you, a new item will need to be purchased to correct the error.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at shop@bnibc.co.za and bring your item to Benoni Indians Club House.
