4. Returns and Exchanges:
a. Returns: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) to the clubhouse within 7 days from the date of delivery, provided the items are in their original condition and packaging.
b. Customised items cannot be returned or refunded. If an error was made by you, a new item will need to be purchased to correct the error.
c. Errors made by Benoni Indians on customized items will be corrected but not refunded. Incorrect items will need to be returned to the Club House before being replaced.
b. Exchanges: We offer exchanges for items of the same or lesser value, subject to availability. Exchange items need to be in an unused condition. No customized items may be exchanged.
